Turkish fuel products distribution and lubricants company Petrol Ofisi on Thursday (19 February) announced the launching of its new generation bunker tanker, Wolf 1, at Altınova, Yalova in Turkey.
Wolf 1, a 1,750-dwt tanker, was built by Hicri Ercili and is suitable for alternative fuel transportation and high discharge capacity.
“In line with our strategic investment plan, we aim to bring our other three tankers, which are the continuation of the series, to the waters this year,” the company said on a social media post.
“We see investments that support our energy supply security, blue economy and sustainability goals as a strategic priority.”
