Hong Kong-based marine fuel oil supplier Chimbusco Pan Nation (CPN) on Friday (9 January) said it has reached a milestone in 2025 by delivering nearly 170,000 metric tonnes (mt) of marine biofuel in China— a fourfold increase from its 2024 volume.
The company said the momentum was evident early in the year, with its first-half performance already surpassing its total volume for the previous year.
“Throughout 2025, we have continued to push boundaries, including the successful completion of China’s largest single B24 biofuel bunkering operation at 6,300 mt,” CPN added.
“This growth is a direct result of the trust our partners have placed in our operational capabilities and our shared commitment to green shipping. By capturing a significant market share and expanding our reach across global ports, we are helping to make maritime decarbonisation a practical reality.”
Manifold Times recently reported CPN launching its B100 marine biodiesel supply in Hong Kong.
In line with this, the company said it has successfully upgraded its bunker tanker, Guo Si, to become Hong Kong’s first Type II certified bunker tanker dedicated to B100 deliveries.
