The final general meetings of Singapore-based firm Swissco Ship Services Pte Ltd and other related companies have been scheduled to take place on 23 February, according to the company’s liquidators on a notice posted on Friday (23 January) on the Government Gazette.
The other companies are Swissco Maritime Pte Ltd, Swissco International Pte Ltd and Swissco Energy Services Pte Ltd.
The meeting will be held via electronic means at:
- Swissco Ship Services Pte Ltd: 10.15am
- Swissco Maritime Pte Ltd: 10am
- Swissco International Pte Ltd: 10.45am
- Swissco Energy Services Pte Ltd: 11am
The meetings are being held for the purpose of:
- To receive an account from the liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and to hear any explanations that may be given by the liquidators.
- To consent to release the liquidators upon the dissolution of the Company and thereby discharge them from the liabilities in respect of any act done or default made by them in the administration of the affairs of the company.
