Singapore: Final meetings scheduled for Rasawulan Maritime and related companies

Meetings will be held on 24 February by way of electronic means to hear any explanation that may be given by the liquidators, according to Government Gazette notice.

The final meetings for Rasawulan Maritime Pte Ltd and related companies, have been scheduled to take place on 24 February, according to the company’s liquidators on a notice posted on Monday (17 November) on the Government Gazette.

The other companies are Gandari Navigation Pte Ltd And Dewi Sri Maritime Pte Ltd. 

The meetings will be held at 11am by way of electronic means.

The meeting is being held for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator.
