Singapore: Liquidators of Xihe subsidiary Nan Zhou Maritime Pte Ltd issue notice of dividend

First and final dividend to preferential creditors of Nan Chiau Maritime is payable from 26 January, according to Government Gazette notice.

A notice of dividend for Xihe Holdings subsidiary Nan Zhou Maritime Pte Ltd, which is undergoing creditors’ voluntary liquidation, was published on the Government Gazette on Monday (26 January). 

Xihe Holdings Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries are owned by the Lim family, who are also the owners of the Singapore-based defunct oil trading company Hin Leong Trading.

The following are the details of the notice:

Where payable : Entitlements will be made either by way of telegraphic transfer or by cheque, to be collected from the Company’s registered office address as above.
